Eye & Eye Wire Rope Slings

Choose eye & eye wire rope slings first by diameter based on the required capacity, then select the length that fits your lift. These single-leg slings are a versatile option for vertical, basket, and approved choker hitch applications.

Fasteners Plus offers eye & eye slings in 6x25 and 6x36 wire rope constructions with Flemish eye splices for dependable strength and efficient load transfer. Sliding choker and cable-laid eye & eye styles are also available, along with domestic options.

How to Measure Sling Length

Measure the sling from the load-bearing point of one eye to the load-bearing point of the opposite eye or end fitting. Use this reach measurement when selecting the correct sling length for your application.

Proof Testing & Identification

  • Proof-Test Certificates: Available upon request and must be specified when ordering. Qualifying slings are pull tested to 2x their vertical rating and the result is documented.
  • Inspection & Tagging: Wire rope slings are inspected, certified, and fitted with metal tags showing capacity, care information, and operating instructions.
