3/8" x 4-1/2" Galvanized Eye Bolt
Specifications
The corrosion-resistant galvanized steel construction of our eye bolts ensure durability in demanding environments. These eye bolts are primarily used as an anchor point for connection of wire rope and other rigging hardware to a fixed ending point. Engineered specifically for straight-line pulls only, these 3/8" x 4-1/2" fasteners deliver reliable performance in industrial and commercial settings.
⚠️Warning: Eye Bolts
Never exceed the maximum working load limit / load capacity. Doing so can result in product failure leading to injury or death.
When loading at angles, rated capacity is drastically reduced (for example, at 45 degrees, it's reduced to 1/4 of the original value).
The angle from the bolt centerline should never be greater than 45 degrees.
Always apply loads in the plane of the eye.
Ensure proper seating for shoulder lifting eyes before use, otherwise the working load limit will be reduced. If it does not bear firmly against the mating part, a steel washer or spacer may be required.
