Designed to fill open space between pallets, crates, barrels, and other cargo, these inflatable dunnage bags help brace loads, limit unwanted movement, and absorb shock during transportation. They are well suited for truck dunnage, freight dunnage, and cargo dunnage applications in road trucks, intermodal rail cars, boxcars, and overseas shipping containers. The recommended void width is 0-16 inches for most applications and 0-12 inches for intermodal rail use.

Applications
Use these dunnage air bags as load-securing void fill between palletized goods, crates, drums, and other freight. They are suitable as cargo securement airbags, freight air bags, shipping air bags, and shipping container air bags where inflatable dunnage is needed to reduce side-to-side or front-to-back movement. Common uses include road trailers, intermodal rail cars, boxcars, and overseas container loading.
Installation
Place the uninflated bag in the void between cargo, keeping the valve accessible. For this size, use it within the recommended 0-16-inch void range for most applications or 0-12 inches for intermodal rail use. Connect a compatible dunnage bag inflator and inflate using regulated, filtered air at the recommended 90 PSI supply pressure. Stop inflation when the bag firmly fills the void and stabilizes the load. Do not exceed the intended application limits, and follow AAR requirements for rail shipments.
