Description

SHIPPING COST WERE EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE

I was impressed by the efficiency of placing my first order for 15" bolts and they arrived super fast. Therefore, I placed a second order for 5" x 6" bolts with hex nuts, which totaled $23. However this order cost over $17 for shipping. I complained about the shipping costs (standard shipping) to no avail. In the future, I certainly will consider buying the bolts elsewhere, maybe even Lowes or Home Depot since I feel the shipping costs should not been even close to the total of the merchandise. My fault for being careless.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, I have passed it to our Freight and Marketing Team. We do our best to keep our shipping costs as low as possible. Unfortunately, at times on smaller orders depending on the region and if it is going to a home, the carriers minimum package charge ranges around the $17 you paid. We are actively exploring alternative shipping options to lower the shipping cost, but would have a little longer delivery times.
