This bolt-on D-ring anchor gives you a fixed, permanent-style tie-off point on existing steel structure. The 2" x 4-1/2" anchoring plate and the D-ring itself are both machined from alloy steel, built to stay put through repeated loading rather than being repositioned job to job.
