Sturdy-Lite U-Bolt Straight Frame Cab Rack Mounting Kit - 19" Bolts
Specifications
A U-bolt mounting kit is the standard choice for attaching a headache rack to most straight cab frames, and this 19" kit is built to fit almost any mounting application. It's made domestically in Bristol, TN, and designed as a complete, ready-to-install hardware set.
Key Features
- Suitable for almost all standard headache rack mounting applications.
- Kit includes (4) 19" U-bolts, (4) bolt plates, (2) rubber pads, and (8) nuts and washers.
- Domestically made in Bristol, TN.
- Side mounting kits are also available for frames that need a different mounting approach.
- A mounting kit should never be reused; use a new kit for each installation for safety reasons.
Applications
- Standard straight-frame cab setups mounting a headache rack without a frame obstruction.
- Fleets that want one consistent U-bolt mounting solution across most of their trucks.
- Replacing worn mounting hardware during a headache rack reinstall, using a fresh kit each time.
