Crosby® Locking Wire Rope Thimbles

Crosby® locking wire rope thimbles are engineered to help maintain the integrity of wire rope assemblies in critical lifting and rigging applications. Their patented locking design secures the shackle to the thimble, helping prevent accidental disassembly and reducing the risk of mismatched or undersized components being installed in the field.

Each locking thimble is manufactured with a welded locking wedge and finished with a hot-dip galvanized coating after fabrication. Galvanizing the completed assembly provides uniform corrosion protection across every surface, making these thimbles well suited for outdoor, utility, and heavy-duty industrial environments.
