Nylon Bridle Slings

Single Leg Nylon Bridle Slings

Single Leg Nylon Bridle Slings

A single leg bridle sling is the simplest configuration in the bridle family: one webbing leg, one master link at the top, and one fitting at the working end, built for a straightforward single-point lift. Its one-ply construction keeps the sling lightweight and easy to handle on jobs that don't need the added pick points of a two-, three-, or four-leg rig.

Choosing Your Working-End Fitting

The fitting at the working end is what really differentiates one single leg sling from another, and each option fits a different rigging approach.

  • Safety Hook: a Grade 80 alloy steel hook gives you a quick, tool-free connection, well suited to repeat lifts or rigging setups already built around hook-style hardware.
  • Master Link: a Grade 100 alloy steel master link at the working end offers a fixed, standardized connection point that pairs with whatever hardware, shackle, hook, or connector, your rigging already uses.
  • Sewn Loop: the webbing is sewn back on itself to form a soft eye, with no metal fitting at all, ready for a shackle or pin passed directly through it.

Construction and Specifications

Every configuration shares the same core build: a Grade 100 alloy steel master oblong link connects the leg at the top, and the webbing itself is made in the USA to industry standard, rated at 9,800 lbs. per inch. Every sling ships with an attached tag showing working load limits across lifting angles, so you can confirm the right sling before it goes on the job. Need a length, width, or fitting configuration outside our standard lineup? Our sales team can help put together a custom build.

Proof Testing & Documentation

Certified proof testing is available for a nominal fee and must be requested when you place your order. Certified slings are individually tested at the factory to twice their rated vertical capacity, with results documented for your compliance records. Outside of a certified request, only select slings are tested as part of routine quality checks, since proof testing at this level requires individual testing during manufacturing.

Sling length is measured from the load-bearing point of one eye or fitting to the load-bearing point of the other.
