Terrier Fixed Shackle Vertical Lifting Clamps

Where an articulated shackle offers flexibility, a fixed shackle offers simplicity and a stable, consistent connection point. This line of vertical lifting clamps uses that fixed-shackle design across a wide capacity range, from 3/4 ton up to 30 tons, with jaw openings reaching a maximum of 3.54" depending on the model. Every clamp in this line carries a minimum working load limit of 10% of its maximum WLL.

TSE: Standard Fixed Shackle Clamp

The TSE has a max jaw opening of 0.98", suited to a solid range of standard material thicknesses.

TSE-H: Hardened Pivot and Cam

The TSE-H matches the TSE's 0.98" jaw opening, but adds an extra-hardened Hardox® steel pivot and cam for harder or more abrasive material.

TS: Wide Capacity Range

The TS covers a wide range of working load limits within the series, with a max jaw opening of 0.51".

TS-H: Hardened Components

The TS-H shares the TS's 0.51" max jaw opening, with the same extra-hardened Hardox® steel pivot and cam found on the TSE-H.

STS: Widest Jaw Opening

The STS offers the widest jaw opening in this line, from 1.57" to 3.54", with a broad range of working load limits to match.

Note: Hardox® steel is an extremely abrasion-resistant steel with nominal hardness. The surface of the material being lifted should have a maximum hardness of 50 HRC/485 HB.
