Terrier Articulated Vertical Lifting Clamps
An articulated shackle gives a vertical lifting clamp more flexibility to adjust as the lift requires, rather than locking you into one fixed angle. This line of clamps covers a wide capacity range, from 3/4 ton up to 30 tons, with jaw openings reaching a maximum of 3.54" depending on the model. Every clamp in this line carries a minimum working load limit of 10% of its maximum WLL.
TSU: Standard Articulated Clamp
The TSU has a 0.51" max jaw opening and covers a wide range of working load limits within the series.
TSU-H: Hardened Pivot and Cam
The TSU-H shares the TSU's 0.51" jaw opening, but adds an extra-hardened Hardox® steel pivot and cam for applications involving harder or more abrasive material.
TSEU: Larger Jaw Opening
The TSEU steps up to a 0.98" max jaw opening, for material too thick for the TSU or TSU-H to grip.
TSEU-H: Larger Jaw with Hardened Components
The TSEU-H combines the TSEU's 0.98" max jaw opening with the same extra-hardened Hardox® steel pivot and cam found on the TSU-H.
STSU: Largest Jaw Opening
The STSU offers the widest jaw opening in this line, ranging from 1.57" to 3.54", for the thickest material this series covers.
Note: Hardox® steel is an extremely abrasion-resistant steel with nominal hardness. The surface of the material being lifted should have a maximum hardness of 50 HRC/485 HB.
