Out of spec, terrible customer service

I usually don't write reviews, especially negative ones, but this has to be the worst customer experience I've had in years. The threaded rod was out of spec (according to my machinist handbook) and the nuts they sold me with the rod would not thread on even 1 turn. After arguing with me regarding a refund, they agreed to "inspect" the threaded rod and determine if a full refund was warranted. Of course they said the parts were fine after being inspected by their "warehouse", and refunded me $7 on a $65 order. Awful! Stay away!
