1/2" x 2' Mechanical Splice Grommet Wire Rope Sling
Specifications
Need a sling that forms a continuous loop instead of two fixed eyes? This 1/2-inch Mechanical Splice Grommet Wire Rope Sling is built from a single length of wire rope, with the ends mechanically or swage-spliced together for a secure, flexible connection point.
Key Features
- 1/2-inch diameter, continuous-loop (grommet) construction
- Mechanically or swage-spliced ends
- Added rigging flexibility compared to a fixed eye-and-eye sling
- Length is measured end-to-end at the bearing points, not around the loop
Applications
- Rigging setups where a standard eye-to-eye sling doesn't fit or reach
- Lifts that call for a flexible, continuous-loop connection point
- Jobs that already use braided wire rope or chain slings and need a grommet-style add-on
- Our sales specialists can help you decide if this is the right sling style
