This kit pairs a 1/2 inch Grade 70 transport chain with a Peerless QuikBinder Plus ratchet binder, giving you a matched two-piece set for flatbed and trailer securement right out of the box.
Key Features
- Two-piece kit: one Grade 70 chain paired with one Peerless QuikBinder Plus ratchet binder
- Binder offers three working positions, ratchet extension, ratchet take-up, and a free-spin setting for fast adjustment in either direction
- Folding handle tucks out of the way once the load is secured
- Tamper-resistant binder design accepts a long-shank padlock (sold separately) for theft deterrence in storage or transit
- Chain is standard link Grade 70 with clevis grab hooks on both ends, finished in yellow zinc chromate for corrosion protection
- High-strength carbon steel construction rated 20 percent stronger than Grade 43 chain, strength-tested and heat-treated
- Chain meets or exceeds FMCSA CFR49 Section 393.104 and NACM Welded Steel Chain Specifications; binder meets or exceeds WSTDA T-6 Recommended Standards
- Hooks are embossed with size and grade, chain links carry grade embossing, and the binder includes its working load limit and a traceability code for fast inspection
- Rated working load limit of 11,300 lbs for this 1/2 inch chain and binder pairing
