Our grade 2H A194 heavy hex nuts are made in the USA and are quenched tempered for added strength. These high quality hex nuts are designed to be used in conjunction with our grade B7 threaded rod and are most commonly used in high pressure and high temperature situations like bolting pipe flanges together. The plain finish on these is designed for installation in dry interior conditions only.
