1" x 16' Six Part Braided Wire Rope Sling
Specifications
This 1-inch flat braided sling spreads the load across a wide, flat cross section instead of a round one, which is what gives the Six Part Braided Wire Rope Sling its signature balance on the hook. A 32-inch wrapped eye sits at each end, backed by an Independent Wire Rope Core (IWRC).
Key Features
- Flat, six-strand braided profile at 1-inch diameter
- 32-inch wrapped eye at each end
- IWRC core for durability under repeated use
- Wide cross section that resists twisting and keeps the load centered
Applications
- Jobs where a wide, flat sling keeps the load from twisting on the hook
- Crews who prefer a flat profile over a round braided sling
- Everyday heavier lifting and rigging work
- Our sales team can compare this against our round braided options if you're unsure
Our 8 part round braided sling is also a popular option for those looking for increased strength and kink resistance. Not sure which sling is right for you? Reach out to our sales specialists.
