Simpson Strong-Tie Deck-Drive™ DHPD Hardwood Screws are engineered to fasten the toughest hardwoods with ease. Featuring a paddle-style drill point that penetrates dense wood without predrilling, these screws make installation faster and help prevent splitting, even in extremely hard decking materials.
For a smooth, finished look, wings on the shaft counterbore hard material allowing the head to countersink cleanly. The compact head sits low for reduced visibility, making it ideal for high-end hardwood decking projects. Made from Type 305 stainless steel, the DHPD provides added corrosion resistance, and each package includes a driver bit for convenience.
