The Simpson TFP1475S is a collated self-drilling structural screw designed for fastening wood directly to steel - without the need for pre-drilling. Sized at 1/4" diameter and 7-1/2" in length, this heavy-duty fastener provides a strong, code-compliant connection in framing, ledger, and blocking applications.
Its self-drilling tip cuts through cold-formed steel up to 1/4" thick, while the collated strip speeds up installation with compatible auto-feed systems. Ideal for multi-family, commercial, and industrial wood-to-steel fastening jobs.
