Installation:

I ordered bolts, nuts, washers and lock washers in different sizes. My first order was off in quantities which I realized just after completing the purchase but that gave me a chance to experience their customer service which was immediate, friendly and accomplished what I needed. I called and had the first ordered canceling in minutes so I could fix the quantities I needed. Most of my order arrived the next day, amazingly, since it came from Iowa to Virginia. What was not in stock was shipped out and arrived within a week at no additional charge. Shipping was very reasonable for the speed. Packaging was minimal which was great since nuts and bolts don't need excessive packaging or big boxes which often come with online orders. Prices were so much less than big box stores that even with shipping, I saved hundreds on my order. I will never buy the same products anywhere but from Fasteners Plus.
Wow!! They got to me fast. Perfect size. About 1-2% of the washers are fused together with the galvanizing dip. Small percentage and at such a small percentage it's irrelevant.
Items I purchased is what I expected! Going to work nice for my project.
