Built for high-load securement, these 3/4" phosphate-coated Cordstrap buckles pair with woven strapping to deliver a system break strength of 2,866 lbf. Formed from galvanized steel wire and treated for added grip, these buckles reduce slippage and maintain tension under dynamic loads, vibration, and impact.
Each buckle is DNV certified and designed to deliver feedback during tensioning. The buckle wings remain open until fully tensioned-closing down to indicate that your strap is correctly loaded. Ideal for export packaging, bracing pallets, and bundling irregular or heavy cargo.
