Description

Built around 4" x 50' of low-stretch polyester webbing, this ratchet strap gives you mechanical leverage instead of relying on arm strength alone to cinch down a load. End hardware is a heavy-duty chain extension that pairs the strength of transport chain with the softness of webbing at the anchor point. Sold as a 2-pack.

Key Features

  • Industrial-grade polyester webbing with a tight weave that holds up under repeated abrasion and rough handling
  • Heat-sealed webbing ends that resist fraying so the strap keeps its finished edge over years of use
  • Chain extension end hardware that lets you route around rub rails or stake pockets without putting wear on the webbing itself
  • Zinc-plated hardware that stands up to weather and everyday corrosion
  • Tagged and stenciled with break strength and working load limit information to support compliance with FMCSA and DOT regulations, CVSA and WSTDA guidelines, and North American cargo securement standards

Applications

  • Landscaping, construction, and job-site equipment transport
  • Moving and general hauling with pickup trucks and trailers
  • Flatbed and open-trailer freight hauling
  • Everyday towing and utility trailer use

Installation

Route the fixed end of the strap around or through the anchor points on your load, then thread the loose end through the ratchet and take up the slack by hand. Crank the ratchet handle to bring the strap to a snug, even tension, then fold the handle down to lock it in place. Always follow the strap's tagged working load limit and any manufacturer instructions for your specific ratchet mechanism, and check tension periodically during transport.
