Mechanical galvanizing meets ASTM B695, Class 65, Type 1. These screw anchors are intended for exterior applications and some interior pressure-treated wood sill plate applications. Titen HD anchors be used in a variety of applications including sill plates, ledgers, post bases, seating, and other holdown applications. They are also easily removable for temporary applications.
