The high-strength, double-braid polyester rope is finished with a steel thimble and a stitched end-termination for a secure, factory-rated connection. A plated steel line tensioner keeps the rope properly tensioned and doubles as the mounting point for the built-in energy absorber, which cuts down on the impact force transmitted to a worker's body during a fall arrest.
