FallTech engineered the FT-One Fit, a women's safety harness built from feedback of the women who actually wear one on the job, not a shrunk-down men's pattern. This non-belted, full body harness features true hip adjustability, so a smaller-framed worker gets a fit built around her instead of sizing up and living with loose webbing. A ventilated, gel-padded waistband spreads out arrest loads and keeps pressure points off the hips, abrasion-resistant shoulder pads hold up to repeated wear, and horizontal leg straps sit lower on the thigh than a standard strap, cutting down on pinching while giving better reach and mobility. A single back D-ring, reinforced with a D-ring plate and slip-resistant connectors, keeps the connection point locked in place.
