Smaller-framed workers get the same Journeyman Flex comfort and trauma protection in this XS version of the harness, built with forged aluminum alloy hardware instead of steel to hold down weight without giving up durability. Gel padding at the shoulders, waist, and hip-to-seat legs, plus one-handed camlock torso adjusters, deliver a secure, breathable fit sized specifically for XS body types rather than a cinched-down standard harness.
