So much thicker and durable than anything you can get OTS. Great value!
The blanket was reasonably priced and came quickly although therewas a bit of frustration on my part re: the calculated shipping by zip code on the product page was $6 less than what showed on my checkout (same zip in Seattle).
I put in my review that I thought this was misleading and not a great customer experience. Jake from customer service reached out within hours (!) to apologize for the discrepancy and refund me the difference. He assured me he would share this concern with leadership and they would look into it.
I was blown away by his customer service - we used to say at Nordstrom - it is the "sale after the sale" that really counts. The fact that my feedback was acknowledged and acted upon in a timely, kind, engaged manner has made this a 5-star experience. Well done and much appreciated. Thank you.

MEASURED THICKNESS - 2 LAYERS - 0.308 inches. After unpacked for two day's, so filler could expand.

My use - Blanket my snowmobile so I'm able to easily warm it up on those -20 below Minnesota mornings. YES they worked as hoped.
Six Blankets - 10 degree morning - 1300 watt electric heater - about 4000 BTU's - After 1 hour - TEMP increased +20 degrees in engine compartment. I consider that success. Measured Temp in engine compartment with remote electronic thermometer transmitter.
