EcoFoil Perforated Radiant Barrier is engineered to boost energy efficiency by reflecting radiant heat in attic spaces. Built with a woven polyethylene core laminated between reflective metalized layers, this barrier offers exceptional strength while preventing rips and tears during installation. The material reflects up to 96% of radiant heat transfer, helping homes stay cooler during summer heat and retain warmth in colder months.

The perforated design includes microscopic pinholes spaced across the roll, allowing moisture vapor to move through the material without trapping condensation. This makes it the correct radiant barrier type for attic use, ensuring the structure can breathe while still blocking unwanted radiant heat.

Year-Round Temperature Control for Attics

By reflecting radiant heat away from the roof deck in warm weather and back toward the living space in winter, this barrier delivers efficient thermal performance across seasonal conditions. It supports more stable indoor temperatures and can improve the effectiveness of existing insulation.

Installation Options for Different Climates

Ecofoil just what my attic needed...

This is my first time installing radiant barrier in my attic. I found the material to be easy to work with - not too thin, not too thick. 4 ft. size works well to cover large attic as a one person job. Ecofoil arrived quickly and on time. Definitely a difference.

July 2025. I'll start by saying the shipping was immediate, we received our order the next day which was wild! Full disclosure, we have not finished the entire attic because it has been too hot since it is July. We have 2 rows done, or about 8 feet high, and it has made an immediate difference already in the west and south facing rooms. I am excited to finish the whole attic and feel the full effect.
