  • Simpson Strong-Tie CCPC column caps provide a high-capacity connection for column-beam combinations. This design requires the correct corresponding machine bolts to be installed for proper installation. The Strong-Tie CC44PC column cap features a flat black powder-coated finish which produces a much more durable and better looking finish than standard paint.

    Installation:
    • Use all specified fasteners
    • Bolt holes shall be a minimum of 1/32" to a maximum of 1/16" larger than the bolt diameter (per 2005 NDS, section 11.1.2).
    • Contact engineered wood manufacturers for connections that are not through the wide face.

NOTE: The correct fasteners installed in the correct position must be used to achieve published load values
