The Simpson Strong-Tie Outdoor Accents AVGP Decorative Gable Plate adds both strength and sleek, contemporary style to your outdoor structures. Part of the Avant Collection, this gable plate connects angled wood members at the peak of gable roofs, making it ideal for pergolas, pavilions, gazebos, and covered patios where both performance and appearance matter.
Constructed from ZMAX galvanized steel with a black powder coat, the AVGP provides excellent corrosion resistance and durability in harsh outdoor conditions. Its straight-line, modern design pairs perfectly with the full Outdoor Accents Avant Collection to create a cohesive look across your entire project.
The AVGP is easy to install and designed to work with SDWS22312DBB structural wood screws and STN22 hex head washers (sold separately). No pre-drilling required in most applications.
