Choosing Your Working-End Fitting

Each of the four legs can be fitted to match your rigging setup:

• Safety Hook: a Grade 80 alloy steel hook on each leg gives you a quick, tool-free connection on all four points, well suited to repeat lifts or setups already built around hook hardware.
• Master Link: a Grade 100 alloy steel master link at each working end offers a fixed, standardized connection point that pairs with whatever hardware you're already running, hook, shackle, or otherwise.
• Sewn Loop: the webbing is sewn back on itself to form a soft eye at each working end, with no metal fitting at all, ready to take a shackle or pin directly.

Construction and Specifications

All four legs are built from heavy-duty webbing made in the USA to industry standard, rated at 9,800 lbs. per inch. Every sling ships with an attached tag showing working load limits across lifting angles, since a four leg sling's rated capacity depends on the angle between the legs. Proof Testing & Documentation

Need certification for your records? Certified proof testing can be added to your order for a nominal fee, but it has to be requested up front, before the sling is built. Each certified sling gets pull tested at the factory to twice its rated vertical capacity, and the results are formally documented for your compliance files. Outside of that request, standard manufacturing only puts a random sample through pull testing, since certifying an individual sling means testing that specific unit at the time it's made.

Sling length is measured from the load-bearing point of one eye or fitting to the load-bearing point of the other. Always confirm the working load limit on the tag for your actual lifting angle, and have a qualified rigger verify load distribution across all four legs before the lift.
