1/2" x 6" Washer Head Titen HD screw anchors are high-strength anchors designed to be installed in cracked and uncracked concrete, as well as masonry. The washer-head design is commonly used where a low profile head is necessary. The washer head screw anchor is suitable to use in sill plate applications. Modular wall and floor systems can be installed right over the top of the anchor with no notching required due to the minimal head profile. These anchors are in accordance with the ICC-ES AC193 and ACI 355.2 for cracked and uncracked concrete for static, wind and seismic loading conditions. Pre-drilling with a carbide drill bit the same diameter as the anchor is necessary for proper installation. Washer Head profile is 0.125" thick with a diameter of 1-3/8".
