The Simpson Strong-Tie SDWV Sole-to-Rim screw is designed to attach a sole plate to a rim board. It features an E-coat® electrocoating intended for dry service and low corrosion applications. It is also suitable for use with FRT in medium-corrosion, dry-service applications. The SDWV screw is tested for use with both dimensional lumber and engineered wood.
