3/4" x 12' Mechanical Splice Grommet Wire Rope Sling
Specifications
This 3/4-inch Mechanical Splice Grommet Wire Rope Sling is wire rope formed into a closed loop, not two eyes, with a mechanical or swaged splice holding it together. It's a go-to option when the job's rigging geometry doesn't suit a standard eye-and-eye design.
Key Features
- 3/4-inch diameter wire rope, formed into one continuous loop
- Closed with a mechanical or swaged splice
- Works as a choke or basket hitch from any point on the loop
- Length is taken end-to-end across the bearing points rather than around the loop
Applications
- Rigging where a fixed eye-and-eye sling's shape or length doesn't fit
- Choke hitches that need flexibility in where the sling grips
- A companion to braided wire rope or chain slings already on hand
- Talk to our team if you're deciding between this and a standard eye sling
