Coil Mat 7 x 48 - Smooth Finish
Specifications
A coil mat that's just solid rubber tends to be the first thing to fail in a heavy freight operation. This 48" x 7" coil mat builds in a reinforced nylon core underneath the rubber so it holds up to repeated impact from massive metal coils instead of tearing or cracking after a few loads. It's made in the USA and built to give trailers a stable, long-lasting cushion between the deck and whatever's riding on top of it.
Key Features
- Nylon-reinforced core: layered construction resists tearing and cracking better than mats made from rubber alone.
- Built for heavy coil weight: absorbs shock and resists deforming under sustained pressure from metal coils.
- Protects deck and cargo: creates a stable base that helps keep coils from shifting and marring the trailer bed.
- Durable, long-haul construction: engineered to hold up across repeated loading and unloading cycles.
- Made in the USA.
Applications
- Hauling steel, aluminum, or other metal coils on flatbed and step-deck trailers.
- High-frequency freight routes where mats see repeated impact and reuse.
- Any heavy, concentrated load that needs cushioning between the load and the deck.
- Fleets standardizing on a reinforced mat instead of solid rubber to cut down on replacement frequency.
