Pewag 9/32" Square Hardened Security Chain | 82 Ft. (Drum)
Specifications
Core Hardness: 49 HRC
Outside length: 1.48"
Pewag square hardened security chain is case-hardened well beyond standard chain, and its square link profile is built specifically to defeat bolt cutters where a round-link chain would give way. It's sold by the foot or by the drum, in diameters sized for everything from securing recreational gear to protecting industrial equipment and facilities.
Key Features
- Case-hardened well beyond the rating of most standard bolt cutters, making it extremely tough to cut with common tools.
- Square link profile creates a larger contact area than round chain, making it harder for bolt cutters to get a grip.
- Anti-corrosion electro-galvanized finish for durability outdoors.
- Available in multiple diameters, sold by the foot or by the drum.
- Pairs with a compatible Viro Panzer lock for a complete security setup.
- A wear sleeve is available separately to protect the finish on items the chain wraps around.
Applications
- Securing recreational items such as bikes and mopeds with a smaller-diameter chain.
- Protecting valuable industrial equipment and facilities with a heavier-diameter chain.
- Buyers who want a bulk chain supply and plan to add their own compatible lock.

Customer Reviews
These have too be some of the toughest chains I’ve ever seen.A little pricey, but if you really want something secure with a chain these can’t be beat.I plan on ordering more in the future.
AWESOME LOCK AND QUALITY CHAIN
Found USCC during online search, very happy with customer service, quick shipping, easy online buying. Bought the Pewag 1/2" Square Hardened Security Chain, very happy with weight of this chain and construction, using on farm gates.
Boyfriend made fun of me and decided not to use my 1/2 thick security chain from US Cargo Control and his minibike got stolen. I took for granted how effective the 2 foot length of chain is at protecting my bikes. I always had a problem with people trying to steal my fat tire bike, not anymore after buying this chain. I also agree to buy a foot more than you think you need. It's also very heavy but worth it to protect my precious bikes.
A great chain they just need to put a brown security ring where you could slip the chain over and use it at the link you want other than that's a great chain. It's my second one I buy from them.
