The Simpson Strong-Tie HWSC362-KT Head-of-Wall Slide-Clip Connector is engineered to provide lateral and vertical movement at the head of steel-framed walls while maintaining structural integrity. It’s ideal for multi-story and non-load-bearing interior or exterior wall systems that require deflection to accommodate building movement.
This 3-5/8" wide clip comes complete with pre-punched slots and fasteners for quick installation. It allows for vertical movement without compromising the connection, making it a code-compliant and labor-saving solution for commercial cold-formed steel construction.
