Specifications
At 500 tons, Radiolink Plus is a 500-ton rated wireless load cell built from hard-anodized, aerospace-grade aluminum, designed to work with Crosby shackles as well as other shackle brands.
Key Features
- 500-ton wireless tension load cell, supplied with the SW-HHP handheld display
- Internal antenna carries readings 3,280 feet, monitoring up to 4 load cells
- Six AA alkaline batteries supply roughly 1,200 hours of use
- Tare, unit toggle (t/lbs/kg/kN), and audible overload alarm on the handheld
- IP67/NEMA 6 rated, sealed internal enclosure
- Comes with calibration documentation, manual, and carrying case
- Compatible with Crosby shackles as well as other shackle brands
- An individual SW-HHP handheld is also available separately if you need a spare or replacement
Applications
- Tandem lifting and lowering, water bag load testing, and overhead weighing at the top of the line
- Bollard pull testing, tug testing, and breakbulk applications
- Heavy lift projects, offshore cranes, spreader beam load monitoring, vehicle towing load measurement, ship-to-ship transfers, and single point mooring
