Choosing Your Grip Style

Two grip options cover different applications and load types.

Serrated Grip

The serrated grip is built for jobs that need a stronger, more secure hold. Serrated edges on the clamp jaws add extra traction and resist slippage, keeping the load firmly in place throughout the lift. This grip style works especially well on materials with irregular surfaces or high surface hardness, where a smooth jaw might not bite in securely.

Non-Marring Grip

The non-marring grip is the right call when the material itself can't take any surface damage. Without serrations, these jaws are built to protect the surface being lifted rather than dig into it. Polished steel, painted surfaces, and other finishes that need to stay unblemished are all a natural fit here, giving you the confidence that your load reaches its destination undamaged.
