Sling Protection Sleeves
A sling is only as reliable as the surface it's dragged across. Our made-in-the-USA sling protection sleeves guard both sides of the sling and adjust along its length, so setup stays simple and inspections stay quick. They come in several styles and materials, and work across multiple sling types.
Choosing a Sleeve Material
Sling protection sleeves come in two materials: nylon webbing or Cordura®.
Nylon webbing sleeves protect your sling from general wear and keep your load from being marked or damaged by the sling itself, though they offer little abrasion resistance on their own. Cordura® sleeves step up from there. The fabric is tough and long-lasting, making it the better call anywhere abrasion is the main concern.
Neither material is rated for cut resistance. If your application needs protection against cutting, our CornerMax® sleeves are built for that instead.
Sewn Sleeves
Sewn sleeves are the pick for long-term use on one sling. Both sides are sewn together, which keeps the sleeve securely in place but makes it harder to remove or reposition.
Sewn Sleeve Sling Compatibility
Sewn sleeves work on synthetic webbing, wire rope, and chain slings. Use the chart below to find the right size for your sling.

Quick Sleeves
Quick sleeves use Velcro® for fast installation and removal, which makes them the right call for jobs where you need to move a sleeve between slings or reposition it often.

Tubular Sleeves
Tubular sleeves also use Velcro® and are built to maximize usable surface area, so they hold up longer than other styles when you rotate the contact points on each load.

Inspecting Your Sling Protection
Every sleeve needs to be inspected periodically, and always before use. If you find abrasion damage, tears or cuts in the fabric, chemical or temperature damage, or a warning tag that's no longer legible, take the sling out of service immediately.
