2-Leg Wire Rope Slings
2-leg wire rope slings use two equal-length sling legs connected to a single oblong master link. Also called double-leg or 2-leg bridle slings, they provide improved load balance and control compared with a single-leg sling when lifting from two attachment points.
For applications that require additional lifting points, Fasteners Plus also offers 3-leg wire rope slings and 4-leg wire rope slings.

- Bright Steel Finish: Lubricated wire rope provides basic protection against corrosion and internal wear.

- 6x19 or 6x36 Construction: Slings 1" in diameter or smaller typically use 6x19 wire rope, while larger diameters generally use 6x36 construction.
- Metal Identification Tag: Displays sling capacity, care information, and operating instructions.

How to Measure Sling Length
For a 2-leg wire rope bridle, measure each sling leg from the load-bearing point of the oblong master link to the load-bearing point of the lower end fitting. Do not include the full length of the master link in the sling reach measurement.
