Specifications
Wide synthetic slings still need sharp edge sling protection, and a sleeve that's too narrow just won't cover the load. This CornerMax® sling protector scales up to wider webbing without giving up the Dyneema® fiber flex that lets it wrap round and curved loads instead of fighting them.
Key Features
- Covers 1-ply and 2-ply synthetic slings up to 8 inches wide
- Covers 3-ply and 4-ply synthetic slings up to 6 inches wide
- Inside circumference of 16 inches; measure the sling's full circumference (both sides together) before ordering
- Protection is only rated at full 90 degree contact with the load edge
- Not built for wire rope or chain slings

- Wide synthetic slings rigged around structural steel, large pipe, or coil stock with sharp or curved edges, exactly the setting a CornerMax sling protector is built for
- Heavier basket-hitch or roundsling rigs that call for a cut resistant sling sleeve, or a cut-resistant rigging sleeve, sized to match the sling
