The Simpson BCS2-2/4SS 2-2X4 Post Cap - Stainless Steel enhances the strength and stability of your construction projects. These connectors are designed to facilitate the secure connection of multi-ply member beams to posts, ensuring robust and reliable support.
Crafted from durable 18-gauge steel, this post cap features flanges to provide both uplift and lateral resistance while double-shear nailing distributes the load through two points for optimal strength.
This product is intended for use with (2) 2x's to connect to 4x posts but is also available in other sizes, including 4x, 4x6, 6x, and 8x for both nominal and rough-cut lumber.
