Description

The Strong-Tie DJT14SS Deck Joist Tie is designed to attach 2x deck joists to the side of 4x or larger support posts. It comes packaged in a lightweight carton (about 40 lbs) for easy handling. The DJT14SS can be installed with either nails or bolts.


Installation:
  • Use all specified fasteners.
  • Recommended: install on post first.
  • Minimum 2x4 joist and 4x4 post.

NOTE: The correct fasteners installed in the correct position must be used to achieve published load values
