The Simpson Strong-Tie WT Wedge Form Tie is designed to secure concrete forms in place during pouring, ensuring accurate spacing and structural integrity. Its 5/8-inch wide formed "V" design provides rigidity, making it ideal for low foundation wall applications. Constructed from 18-gauge galvanized steel, it offers durability and corrosion resistance.

Installation:
- Insert the WT Wedge Form Tie between form boards at the desired spacing.
- Use two W1 wedges (sold separately) per tie to secure the forms in place.
- Not recommended for wall pours greater than 4 feet high.
