Crosby® 1" Terminator Wedge Socket - S-421T
Specifications
This 1" Crosby® TERMINATOR® wedge socket is built for heavier rigging setups that still need to support a quick rope changeout. It locks the wire rope's dead end against the wedge, keeping the wedge from working loose under repeated use while still allowing a fast rope swap when the job calls for it.
Key Features
- Secures the wire rope's dead end to eliminate wedge loss or "punch out."
- Crosby's patented QUIC-CHECK® "Go"/"No-Go" gauge is cast into the wedge to confirm correct rope sizing.
- Designed to pair with a standard Crosby Red-U-Bolt® for a complete assembly.
- Built for 1" wire rope; additional diameters are available for other rope sizes.
Applications
- Heavier-duty rigging setups needing frequent or fast wire rope replacement.
- Rigging programs standardizing on Crosby hardware for consistent, documented components.
- Field crews that benefit from a built-in size-verification feature at the point of assembly.
