Twin-Path Endless High Performance Roundslings
When a lift is too demanding for standard round slings, the sling itself becomes part of your safety margin. Twin-Path® endless slings are built around two independent K-Spec® load-bearing fiber cores wrapped in a protective Covermax® jacket, giving crews a lighter, longer-lasting alternative for heavy lifts like bridge work, turbine installs, and other jobs where downtime or a failed sling isn't an option.
Endless vs. Eye & Eye: Which Twin-Path® Fits Your Job
The main advantage of an endless configuration over an eye & eye Twin-Path® sling is how easily you can rotate wear points between lifts, which stretches service life. Eye & eye slings can do this too, since the sleeve that forms the eyes can be removed and reinstalled elsewhere, but it takes more steps. An endless sling lets you rotate the wear point without pulling a sleeve on and off, which matters most on jobs with frequent, repeat lifts.
Why Crews Choose Twin-Path® Over Chain, Wire Rope, or Polyester
Compared to chain, wire rope, or polyester slings, Twin-Path® gives up little on durability while cutting the weight your crew has to muscle around.
- K-Spec® core fibers are built to outlast comparable synthetic cores in independent testing
- At roughly 10% the weight of a steel sling with similar strength, Twin-Path® is easier to position and rig by hand
- The double-layer nylon Covermax® jacket holds up to more than four times the abrasion resistance of a standard polyester jacket, so it stands up better to repeated dragging and contact on the job
Check-Fast® Inspection: A Built-In Wear Indicator
Every Twin-Path® sling includes the Check-Fast® system, a third fiber path with a visual indicator link engineered to fail just above proof load and before the sling reaches maximum capacity. If that indicator is missing, take the sling out of service immediately and send it back to the manufacturer for evaluation.
Check-Fast® is a helpful early-warning tool, but it doesn't replace a standard inspection by a qualified professional.
How to Measure Your Endless Twin-Path® Sling
Skip the circumference. Lay the sling flat and measure from tip to tip to get the correct length.

Protect Your Sling On the Job
ASME B30.9 calls for slings to be protected wherever they contact edges, corners, protrusions, or abrasive surfaces, using material strong and thick enough to prevent damage. Twin-Path® holds up well on its own, but running it over a sharp edge unprotected still shortens its life. Our sling protection products are built to guard against exactly that.
"Slings in contact with edges, corners, protrusions, or abrasive surfaces shall be protected with a material of sufficient strength, thickness, and construction to prevent damage." - ASME B30.9 (2021) 9-5.10.4(d)
